DJ X-ACTO^PT

Talking about DJ X-Acto’s career is almost like talking about the history of Hip Hop in Portugal. He made his DJ debut in 2004 at the Oeiras Hip-Hop Festival, the first festival of this musical genre. He is a double national champion (2008 and 2009) in the DMC scratch championship in the TEAM category with the “SUPA team”, accompanied by DJ Núcleo and DJ Ride, and represented Portugal in London at the “2008 World DMC Championship”. He also won the Almada modern music competition with his rap group “La Dupla”. In 2013 he won the national freestyle scratch competition (Battle Of The Scratch Nerds) and represented Portugal in the IDA turntablism world championship in the Online category. He currently works with numerous rap groups/MCs: Papillon, NBC, Grognation, Karlon (Nigga Poison), Bling Projekt, Kilú, MC Ary, Marcos Best, Crossover, Supa Squad, AFTA-3000.
For all these reasons, he is considered a reference on the national Hip-Hop scene. And it will be a pleasure to welcome him to the Historic Center of Covilhã, where he will offer us his best sounds all night long!
