Professor and researcher

Assistant Professor at the Department of Social, Political and Territorial Sciences at the University of Aveiro and researcher at GOVCOPP. He was the Director of the Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning (2016-2020). He has been involved in several national and international research projects on participatory territorial planning he has been promoting several civic initiatives in favor of cities and citizenship.
